Pricing

What Google Ads management costs.

Management.

£695 to £3,000+ a month, depending on ad spend and how much of the week the account takes. Accounts being set up to scale usually start from £1,250 a month. You get a fixed quote after the call, not before — I can't price an account I haven't looked at.

Self-managed.

If you'd rather run the account yourself with me checking it: from £295 a month.

Setup.

From £1,000 for service businesses, from £1,500 for ecommerce. Paid before work starts, non-refundable, and separate from monthly management. Tracking, account rebuild and feeds are all included — no individually priced modules.

Ad budget.

I recommend around £1,500 a month to Google to start, higher or lower depending on what clicks cost in your market and the scope.

Minimum term.

New Google Ads clients have a 3-month minimum, then rolling 30-day notice. I recommend a 4–6 month initial test. SEO has a 12-month minimum with a break clause at 6 months, then monthly.

Hourly work.

£150 an hour for work done in my own time, £200 an hour for live calls and screen-shares.

Websites and Shopify.

Quoted per project, fixed before I start.

Google's new-advertiser credit.

New Google Ads accounts I set up can qualify for promotional credit from Google, from £380 up to £3,000 depending on your budget. For example, spend £1,850 in your first 60 days and Google adds £1,050; spend £2,600 and it adds £1,300. The offer has to be applied within 20 days of the account being created, and Google decides final eligibility.

These prices apply to clients starting on or after 22 October 2026. Existing clients stay on their current terms.

Audit first. Price after.

The audit tells us what the account needs. You get the findings either way.
