A 15-minute call, booked within two working days. No report, no sales script.
Send the form, add my email as a read-only user, and I go through your Google Ads, your tracking and your website myself — not a tool, not a template. Then I tell you what’s actually costing you money, in the order it matters: Track. Fix. Scale.
Request your audit →There’s no pitch deck. The call is whatever your account needs you to hear — including “you don’t need me”, which happens and makes for a shorter call.
Take the findings and do what you like with them, including handing them to whoever runs the account now. I’d rather earn the work than talk you into it.
Send the form and we’ll be on a call inside two working days. It takes me about an hour before we speak; you don’t have to do anything except send the URL.
Three things, looked at by hand, in this order.
Whether your conversions are real. Ten clicks and ten conversions means something is broken. A hundred leads in the dashboard means nothing until it matches what actually came in by phone and email. This is where nine out of ten accounts I audit turn out to be wrong — and it matters more than it used to, because the bidding runs on it. Spotting it is free; fixing it properly is separate work.
How the account is actually built. Campaigns competing with each other for the same searches, broad match with nothing holding it in, Performance Max quietly buying people who were already going to find you. Plus the search terms — what people type to land on your ads, and how much of that is worth paying for. Mostly I’m looking for the gap between what the account was set up to do and what it’s buying.
Where the spend can grow, and what has to be true first. Most accounts try to scale before the foundations hold, which is an expensive way to find out they don’t. This is also where your site gets a look — plenty of accounts turn out not to have an ads problem. I’ll give you the order it should happen in for your account.

If you can get to Braintree, the same review happens face to face at the Plaza Centre in Great Notley. Your account up on the big screen, opened cold and read in front of you — you see what I’m looking at, and why it matters, as I find it.
By appointment, and there are only so many in a week. Same audit, same price, which is nothing. Bring read-only access and about forty-five minutes.
Yes, and there’s no version of it you pay for. I do it because a quarter of an hour tells me whether I can help you, which is faster than either of us reading a proposal.
Then you keep what I found and go and fix it, or hand it to whoever runs the account now. I’d rather you did that than nothing.
Most people who book this do. You don’t have to tell them, and I’m not going to ask you to sack anyone on a first call — you’ll just know more about your own account afterwards.
Yes — you add my email as a read-only user in your Google Ads account. It takes a minute, and read-only means I can see everything and change nothing. Without it I’d be guessing from the outside.
Yes, if you can get to Braintree. I use the meeting rooms at the Plaza Centre in Great Notley for exactly this — your account up on the big screen, read in front of you. By appointment, and there are only so many in a week. Everyone else gets the same audit on a fifteen-minute call.
Management typically runs £595 to £3,000+ a month, depending on your spend and how much of the week the account takes. You get a fixed quote after the call — pricing an account before seeing inside it is guesswork.
A few details to start, then you add my email as a read-only user in Google Ads — a minute’s work, and it’s what makes the review worth having. We’ll be on a call within two working days.
