The named work.
Clients since 2013, across two kinds of business — Shopify brands scaling on paid and search, and service businesses where one job pays for the year. Same method every time, whichever service the job needed. Every figure below is a dated range, not a best month.
A UK jewellery brand, from first order to £35M in revenue.
Shopify from day one, with tracking, paid and SEO running from week one rather than added later. It scaled across a UK store and then a dedicated US store, holding #1 organic in both markets for core moissanite engagement ring terms — above Charles & Colvard, who hold the original patent.
4.5× blended ROAS across four years, on £6.8M of ad spend.
The brand has since been acquired and the name isn’t mine to publish. The rankings held for six months after, with no new content and no new links.
The same method, different briefs.

Home Build Doors
Windows and doors
The site was a Shopify store leading with a buy button for something most people wanted to enquire about. So the ecommerce elements were played down, the navigation was rebuilt around reaching a quote, and dedicated landing pages went in per product — buying online still works, it just stopped being the only route. Cost per lead fell from £105 to £60, conversion rate from 1.01% to 5.54%, and monthly leads went from 65 to 157 (January to August 2026). The clearest proof the two services compound: demoting the buy button on a store is a call only someone reading the campaign data would make.
Premier Sport Surfaces
Tennis courts and sports surfaces
Installations for schools, clubs and councils, where a single job runs to tens of thousands. Cost per enquiry fell from £154 to £93 while monthly enquiries went from 13 to 33 — enquiries up 150% on 50% more spend (January to August 2026).
VVIP Events Zante
Events
A different shape entirely, and a clean exit: 3,745 enquiries at £22.53 each across £84,000 of spend, then handed back self-managing.
Innov8 Security

WordPress migrated to hand-built HTML on Cloudflare, June 2026. Eleven pages at 100/100 PageSpeed, mobile LCP from 8.5 seconds to 1.9, hosting from £600 a year to nothing — and rankings held through the move. Ongoing local SEO since.

One method. Track. Fix. Scale.
The results above come from different services for different businesses, but the order is always the same. Fix the measurement first — nine out of ten accounts I audit have broken tracking. Rebuild on clean data, around what actually makes money. Scale what pays back, and bring SEO in once paid is funding it.
